Is there a minimum order?
In most cases regular print orders require a minimum order of 24 pieces. Quick Change Race Tees have a 36 piece minimum. Track Swag Race Tees have a 150 piece minimum. In all cases garments may be mixed (tees, sweats, long sleeves, etc.) to meet the minimum quantity, as long as the print remains the same.
Do you offer price breaks based on quantity?
Price breaks occur at various larger quantities. Call or email us for more details if you have any questions.
How many colors can you print?
The most colors we can print on one shirt is 10 colors. However, we can use various techniques to increase the number of perceived colors in a print.
How long will it take for my order to be completed?
Turn around time varies depending on our scheduling week by week, but typical orders take no longer than 2 weeks.
Can I get my order quicker than that?
We can print orders quicker than our normal turnaround if necessary, but rush order charges may apply.
Can you print my artwork?
Artwork provided by the customer can be printed by Classic Ink, as long as the client has proper permission to print the provided artwork. Provided artwork should be in vector format, preferably as a .eps (Encapsulated PostScript) file. Any art that cannot be supplied to Classic Ink in vector format should be in high resolution (300 DPI +) bitmap form, which allows for the most accurate reproduction of provided artwork. When sending vector artwork, please be sure to convert all fonts to outlines or curves. Acceptable file formats include .ai, .eps, .psd, .jpg, .png, .gif, .tif, or .bmp. If you have files in another format, send them to classicinkusa@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do.
How long before I can see my artwork?
Typically, our design team can provide a sample within a few days, but that does depend on our workload and the complexity of the design.
Will you keep the screens for my design, so that I can order a reprint?
We do not keep screens based on your artwork, however, the transparencies used to create the screen are kept on file for future use.
What do you need to get started?
We need some info from you! If you can tell use what color shirt, where you want stuff printed (front, back, sleeve), what color inks and how many colors, and what you want on the shirt, that is a good start! If you have artwork or an idea in mind, send that to us or drop it off at Classic Ink.
